Not exactly what you asked for, but amongst pages with a Last-Modified
in 2001, there are 1661 valid and 382 invalid pages (the Web-based tools
unfortunately don't give you that particular enquiry - but it's all
there in the Valet database).

So the proportion of invalid pages is down from 30% to <19%, FWIW.
