Errors list seems incomplete

I was trying to validate a page and there was an explanation link to
http://validator.w3.org/docs/errors.html#attr-undef
but that didn't appear to be explained in the page

I'm sorry if this is known, w3's site is confusing and I couldn't find a better place to search or write.
