problems with upload

hello,

i work with files for a protected server, so I always validate the HTML 
files with the "upload" feature. but today, it gives this error:

Detected Character Encoding:  upload

of course., "upload" is not a valid character encoding. I think you are 
with some trouble in upload feature...
