    Subject: charset parameter

    Hi,

The (X)HTML files miss a charset parameter in the Content-Type HTTP
header. Since user agents must not assume any default encoding and
authors are strongly encouraged to use one, I suggest adding something
    like

      AddType text/html;charset=utf-8 .html

to the Apache configuration files. Additionally the checklink.pl scripts
    needs one, too.

    regards,
