    Greetings,
    
    Sorry for the 'nubie' question, but I am trying to convert my pages
    from XHTML 1.0 transitional to XHTML 1.0 Strict.  The error I get is
    this:
    
        Error: there is no attribute "foo" for this element (in this HTML
    version) (explanation...)
    
    Do I need to control these attributes using style sheets? The page I
    am trying to validate is here:
