Cool.  What I was thinking about was something like #38 (Add
count of errors found in page).  But I was thinking big.

How about an index list of errors by type, that link to the
first instance of the error.  Something of a summary of
errors.  (Someday it will be possible to XLink to all
instances of the error.)  The index report would come first,
be compact, and give a good overview of what's up.

In my use of the validator I often find that some errors get
drowned out by pervasive errors of another type.  An index
would help me see all the problems and zoom in to examples
as needed.
