Hi

First of all, I'm not subscribing this list, so please
add me to the Cc: if needed.

How about adding a pull-down selection for http language
negotiation, to ease up multilingual webpage checking?

I'm not sure does the validator check user's browser
settings, but even it does, it's quite slow to change those
settings for every language to be validated.
