Subject: Problem with the HTML 4.0 Badge.

Hi,

I found that the HTML 4.0 validated Badge graphics is not properly created. 
The white space on the right portion of the badge is not transparent as it 
should be. This makes the graphics look bad over non-white background.

I wonder why this hasn't been fixed. Please fix it.
