    "<p>content</p>" instead of just "<p>content". The authoring tools 
    often do a mistake by putting a <p> after the content. It's mainly 
    because they were designed with style in mind and not structure.
    
    It's not explicity explained in the HTML 4.01 Rec, but a tag defines 
    the content which follows the tag.
