    Hmmm... At first I was sure that Fred must have made some kind of
    mistake. HTML 4 and XHTML 1.0 should be identical for things like
    this. But then I tested it, and found that
    
      <div align="justify">
    
    makes a doc invalid if I label it as XHTML 1.0 Transitional, but
    gives no error if I relabel the doc as HTML 4.01 Transitional.
    
    Is this an oversight in the XHTML Transitional DTD?
