XML Schema

To Whom it May Concern,
	We plan to use w3c Schema to be deployed in our B2BWebmethod Server.
Your expertise will be appreciated.
		1.  Do the W3C Schema's allow us to put in friendly field
descriptions such as "D&B Rating" to document the <DNB_RATG> tag?? 
		2.  Can we put in the min and max field lengths??
