    No, hacks weren't necessary: just catalogue entries and additional
    doctypes in the code.  Oh, and I updated to the latest MathML, SMIL,
    and the WAPFORUM markups  (WML, etc) at the same time.  MathML was
    the 'interesting' one: I .. er .. borrowed your fix ;-)
