Beginner question: Install Validator on WinNT?

Hi all,

I'm new in this mailing list.
I'm using Windows NT workstation SP6 and I want to install Validator on my
computer. I have downloaded validator.tar.gz . But I don't know what to do
next?

Can somebody please tell me what to do?
