I have recently made a valid-html401.png with transparency. It is
available as <http://www.ox.compsoc.net/~tsb/images/vh401.png>. Somebody
else might be able to do something a bit nicer with an alpha channel, but
that's a bit more than I'm willing to calculate manually...
