win32 binary

Hello, i find the validation service provided on the w3 site very helpful, but
painfully slow due to network speeds. I know the source for the validator is
avaliable but i am not a great coder and it would be really handy if there was a
simple win32 console binary which could perform the validation. Does anyone know
of one?
