To whom it may concern at W3C:

On the W3C site, under the "HTML validation service" it is stated that "the 
service will be updated according to the guidelines produced by W3C's Web 
Accessibility Initiative (WAI)".  Do you know when the HTML validation 
service will be updated for accessibility validation?

Also, can you tell if the W3C produces standards on the average load time of 
a web page, how long it should take someone to find information on a web 
site, etc..
