& characters and validator

Hello dear list members,

 i found a bug in validator. When u use & character in the html (in href or
 somewhere else), validator stop with a bug. Like:

 http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fraszi.sch.bme.hu%2F
