If you nest lists, a nested list must be a child of "li", in this case,
you should not place the "li" end-tag before the "ol" start-tag.  So,

>    9: <li class="no-disc"><a href="/netsteder/raad.html">R&aring;d</a></li>

Remove "</li>" from here, and

>   13: </ol>

Add "</li>" after "</ol>".  Then the document will be valid.
