Subject: validator/DTD note

I'm not sure if this is my bug, MSIE 5.0/Mac's bug, or the XHTML 
1.0/transitional DTD's bug.

The result of getting:
  http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.louisvilleclinic.c 
om%2Ftestxhtml.xml

is what has me confused. I'm mentioning it here in case there is some 
problem with the DTD.
