Subject: img alt attribute

Dear all,

It seems that the validator gives a false pass for an img tag even if there 
is no alt attribute. A quick example at 
http://www.crosswinds.net/~ekstreme/test1.htm
. The strict XHTML DTD does require that the alt tag be present.
