I just tried to validate an HTML document, and got a response that there is
no <BODY> element in the Frameset DTD.
On the other hand, the HTML specification tells me:
"The HTML 4.01 Frameset DTD [p.297] includes everything in the transitional
DTD plus frames as well."
It seems that the validator doesn't recocgnize this.
Or is there a mistake in my understanding?

Kind regards,
Dr. Thomas Fischer
