I think I got rid of the rest of them, too. (But I may have
re-introduced a few with subsequent changes.) Anyway, the
production server doesn't have -w enabled.

Cool. I replaced the STRONGness with links from each element to
WDG's HTML reference material instead. (this gives roughly the
same readability benefits, I think.) It would be good to add
similar links within the "show source" section of the report,

I made some other changes after applying your patch, so please
update your local copy when you get a chance.
