     Please disregard my previous post.  Unfortunately, the powers that
be here messed up my DNS entry, so my server was only visible from
certain machines.  Most people were seeing a totally different machine,
which of course wouldn't respond as my web server.  All of the machines
I could test from were working properly, so I was misled into
misdiagnosing the problem.

     I apologize for bothering you.
