border=0 on results of html 4.0 strict validation (was Re: [www-validator] <none>)

Sorry about that... fixed. (It was a mistake introduced by a
modification I made to something else.)

I recently started maintaining a page of various things to test
after updating the service, to make sure this doesn't happen in
the future:
