Subject: patch for /check/referer
the attached patch try's to do some thing about Dan Connolly's comments
about /check/referer.
it make the shown URI a link to the URI ( for bookmarking),
puts a note in about using /check/referer, takes note of whether
/check/referer is being used and if so removes the line about
bookmarking the current page.
ps i hope to be helping out with the validator alot :)
