When validating http://www.zevils.com, I get two of the following errors:

document type does not allow element "H3" here; missing one of
"APPLET", "OBJECT", "MAP", "IFRAME", "BUTTON", start-tag

These are the only errors in the document, which uses the HTML 4.0 loose
DTD.  What does this mean and how do I make it go away?
