            Bug ID: 30067
Summary: The color/colour name "rebeccapurple" is showing as
                    invalid
           Product: CSSValidator
           Version: CSS Validator
          Hardware: PC
                OS: Windows XP
            Status: NEW
          Severity: minor
          Priority: P2
         Component: HTML4.01
          Assignee: dave.null@w3.org
          Reporter: richard.peers@simplespider.co.uk
        QA Contact: www-validator-cvs@w3.org
  Target Milestone: ---

This colour name was added back in 2014, but the validator is reporting it as
invalid. I tested that other colour names were reported as valid, and they
were, so the validator is meant to support all valid colour names. Please can
this one be added?

Validator results:

Value Error : color rebeccapurple is not a color value : rebeccapurple

As a side topic, the latest Windows version for the OS field on this Bugzilla
form is Windows XP. Please can you add 7, 8, 8.1 and 10, or delete the question
if it is not relevant.
