            Bug ID: 20388
Summary: Support bzip Content-Encoding when validating URLs
    Classification: Unclassified
           Product: Validator
           Version: HEAD
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: enhancement
          Priority: P2
         Component: Website
          Assignee: dave.null@w3.org
          Reporter: joe@nahmias.net
        QA Contact: www-validator-cvs@w3.org

Many web servers automatically serve pages compressed via different
methodologies. It would be nice if the html validator supported the 'bzip2'
Content-Encoding.
