Hi Sean,
this is a bug indeed, although it seems to come bundled in the latest version
of the ubiquitous libwww-perl library, and out of our control. I hope we can
find a reduced test case to send a bug report to the developers of that library
very soon, lest the bug bites a *lot* of apps.
