Summary: Greek character "Þ" triggers Premature End of data in
                    ISO-8859-7
           Product: Validator
           Version: 0.8.0b1
          Platform: PC
               URL: http://www.the-pope.com/w3cdemo.html
        OS/Version: Windows XP
            Status: NEW
          Severity: minor
          Priority: P4
         Component: Parser
        AssignedTo: link@pobox.com
        ReportedBy: ubipetrus@earthlink.net
         QAContact: www-validator-cvs@w3.org

If an XHTML 1.1 file is written in ISO-8859-7, the "Þ" Greek character (xDE)
causes the parser to detect a Premature End of data.
The current w3c validator (0.7.4) does not have this problem.
