The explanatory text for those errors in the validation results you posted a
link to says:

  The most common cause of this error is unencoded ampersands in URLs as described 
  by the WDG in "Ampersands in URLs".

There, "Ampersands in URLs" is a link to
http://www.htmlhelp.com/tools/validator/problems.html#amp , which explains
what's wrong (you need to replace '&'s with '&amp;'s).
