Fixed? The current live version of the validator deals with it correctly (i.e. if you use the CSS 3 property (border-radius) it has no problems with the 1em 1em value, and if you use the non-standard, experimental vendor prefixed version then it will error unless you override the Vendor Prefix settings to be warnings instead of errors).
