Help with Unknown error.

I'm actually kind of confused about this. You see, when I check my CSS
file, the validator tells me that there are no errors in it.
But if I check the CSS of my page (using the same CSS file) it throws me
this error:

Unknown error org.w3c.css.parser.analyzer.TokenMgrError: Lexical error at
line 1, column 46. Encountered: after : ""
On line 317

Checking the line 317 of both the source of my page and the CSS, there
doesnt seem to be an error.
