about css3.0

Yosh,

I can validate my website on your validator as css 3.0. I get the pic and
the link to add for my website ("valid css!"), but when someone clicks on
it, the validator checks my stylesheet in css 2.1, and it is not valid (i
use some properties not available in css 2.1).

This just doesn't seem right.
