Olivier,

I vote for leaving the warning in and at its current level so that it does
show by default. You might want to change it to say something along the
lines of "Although explicit widths are no longer required in CSS2.1, it's a
good idea to use them for the best browser experience."

I know back when this was a bigger issue I would have been very happy to
have seen the warning. It would have saved me countless hours tracking down
a problem.
