As mentioned in a reply to one of your private e-mails on the topic, we have not identified any issue with the translation yet. It is, however, the first translation into a language where writing is right-to-left, and implementing it on the CSS validator will require some changes to the system, which our limited resources haven't made happen yet. We would very much welcome a patch to the CSS validator codebase [1] that will make it work seamlessly for rtl and ltr languages. Our staff will look into this later if noone submits a patch, but that might come after the upcoming release we are currently working on.
