Lexical error at line 1, column 62. Encountered: <EOF> after : "\";"

When I try to validate my web pages I get the following error report but can find no problems. If I validate just the style sheet it is ok.

Lexical error at line 1, column 62. Encountered: <EOF> after : "\";"

I've tried google but that has no answers. Please tell me what is going on as it is driving me MAD.
