Text Shadow Value Error

When validating http://gateway.broughstuff.com/css/gateway.css I got an
error:
Value Error : text-shadow<http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-CSS2/text.html#propdef-text-shadow>Property
text-shadow doesn't exist : #fff
0 0 6px

As far as I can tell my text-shadow declaration is properly formed, and even
when I use the example in the linked specification, I still get a validation
error.
