problem with validator

Hi WC3,

 

Thanks for the validator, but I've run into a problem with the warnings.

 

The problem is that when you use Capitalized named colors in the css (i.e.
Yellow, Black, Green) it gives a warning that 

"Although color names are case-insensitive, it is recommended to use the
mixed capitalization, to make the names more legible: Blue "

 

However when you change the named colors to all lower case the (i.e. yellow,
blue, black) warning is no longer present.

 

Seems to be at odds with its self.
