The text-shadow property does not exist in CSS 2.1, which is now the 
default version (or "profile") used by the W3C CSS Validator.
You need to change the version to be used, in the user interface.
(Click on "More Options" first.)

(By the way, I didn't know text-shadow was supported by some browser.)
