Bug 2920 now fixed?

I submitted some test cases for this bug a long while back.

 

I suspect that this bug is now fixed, somehow, as I believe that all the
given test cases now correctly produce validation errors, but the bug status
has not been changed in bugzilla.

 

Could someone double-check this?

 

Also, the error message text that the validator outputs is rather
odd-looking/ cryptic - what do you think?
