Problem with css validator, it can't read dynamic url...

Hi, if you go to www.musiquest-luc.ca and www.ecolesaint-luc.ca I put valid
icons on the page of CSS, XHTML, etc.

The problem is want you click on it it shows this error:

Sorry its in french, but you can still see that the url shown on the page is
not the same of the page it stops where the & is I tried to change it to ;
did not do much, I tried &amp; still did not do anithing. Its a problem
because it thus not look profecianal to people going to the website.
