I/O Error: Stream closed.

I am getting an error when I use the CSS Validator.

     I/O Error: Stream closed.

I know my CSS is valid because I have not changed it since my last good 
validation.  Only two things have changed since my last validation.  One, 
TextDrive migrated to JoyentCore.  Two, the validator seems to have changed 
since the last time I used it.  I think the problem must lie with one of 
those two changes.
