css-validator (tomcat5)

Hello ,

I downloaded the css-validator from cvs. I then built it using ant.
Everything went ok.

when I type:

sudo /usr/share/tomcat5/bin/startup.sh

I get the following four lines. I am assuming that my tomcat is
working ok-right?

Using CATALINA_BASE:   /usr/share/tomcat5
Using CATALINA_HOME:   /usr/share/tomcat5
Using CATALINA_TMPDIR: /usr/share/tomcat5/temp
Using JAVA_HOME:       /usr/lib/jvm/java-1.5.0-sun-1.5.0.06/

I also have Apache 1.3 running.

Now where is my css-validator. I tried the following with no help. I
get Unable to connect msg.

http://localhost:8080
http://localhost:8180
http://localhost:8005
