problem with border:transparent

Hello, there's a problem with the specification "transparent" for the 
attribute "border" (e.g. border:0px none transparent). The validator 
reports this as a bug. This problem is posted in the buglist and is said 
to be fixed, but it still exists. This problem doesn't occur if CSS 2.1 
is chosen for validation, but it should also not occur with CSS 2.0. The
