result page should be improved

I think the result page of the CSS validator should be improved. The 
HTML code of the page is perfectly valid, but it seems to be a 
fixed-width page, althoug i can't detect any reason, why a browser 
window width of 800px is not enough for this text-only website.
In addition, the character encoding does not work very well. The german 
umlaute are displayed as '?' on both Internet Explorer and Mozilla 
Firefox. They are even broken when setting the character encoding in the 
browser manually (both settings, ISO 8859-1 and utf-8 fail to display 
the text correctly). Maybe this is a server configuration problem, think 
you guys know that much better than I do. :)
