The page I am trying to check has passed the W3C 1.0 approval and Bobby
AAA. However, when I try to check the CSS the message I receive is
this:

CSS
Validator
Error
Target: http://www.blind.msstate.edu/MAER
Please, validate your XML document first!
Line 1
Column 3
The markup declarations contained or pointed to by the document type
declaration must be well-formed.

Can you tell me what the problem might be? Thanks
