css validation error

Hi

I am validating my css files at url
http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/check/referer but i am getting error

Like The processing instruction target matching "[xX][mM][lL]" is not
allowed.

 

But when I individually checks for each and every page then its ok.

Then why I am getting this error. Please help.
