CSS Validator doesn't show html code for placing image "Valid CSS" if the page you validate has no StyleSheet (eg. if you use only style attributes in html tags).
If you get: "no error or warning found" but you don't get "Congratulations!", it means, that you don't use CSS - so it cannot be valid ;-)
