Hello --

I'm really sorry to email about this, usually soving my own issues by 
banging my head against the monitor until clarity emerges within, but:

How the heck do you install this locally? Period.

I've got java action, ant action (no build.xml?) ... I've gotten source 
via CVS, tarball... I found a bunch of class files in a .zip...

I'm still totally lost. What, exactly, missing nothing (I have no 
knowledge of java), does one need to use this?

For example, I installed the html validator without any problems, and 
tons of stuff from source... this seems impenetrably difficult to me.

Any overview, list, 'fm' to 'r'... would be helpful.
